Level of coverage per emissions activity
Overview
The following are crops that can generate a cradle to farm gate emissions factor with various levels of coverage per activity category.
- Supported: An emissions factor will be generated for this measured crop's activity category with minimal gaps in management assumptions.
- Limited: An emissions factor will be generated; however, there may be instances of null values (indicating insufficient data to generate emissions) and/or incomplete management accounted for.
- Negligible: Assumes minimal emissions. Today this is largely transportation for seeds which assumes most are locally sourced with minimal emissions.
- No: Insufficient data at this time, no emission factor can be generated (null)
