Reviewing MRV Outcomes

Review your program’s MRV Outcomes using the MRV Outcomes Dashboard, a self-service view of your program's quantification results, available directly within the Regrow platform.

Finding the dashboard

Navigate to Dashboards → Program Outcomes from the top navigation. If you have multiple quantification runs, use the dropdown at the top of the page to select which run to view.

Note: Dashboard access is enabled by your Regrow program administrator. If you don't see the Program Outcomes tab, contact your Regrow customer success representative.

What's in the dashboard

The dashboard is organized into five sections:

Program Summary — A snapshot of your program, including the reporting period, total producers, fields, acres, commodities, regions, and measured practices.

Program Data — Yield, area, and nitrogen metrics across your program fields. Toggle between total yield, yield per acre, total nitrogen, nitrogen per acre, cropland acres, and total fields. Group results by commodity, practice combination, region, group, or producer.

Emission Credits (Intervention only) — Your program's emissions credit data.

Cradle-to-Farmgate Emissions (Inventory only) — Your program's emissions and removals data. See the sections below for guidance on which numbers to use for GHG Protocol (GHGp) reporting.

Single Practice Adoption — The percentage or acreage of program fields where each measured practice was adopted (e.g., cover cropping, no till, split application), broken down by commodity.

Combined Practice Adoption — Acreage and percentages showing where two or more practices were adopted together, helping you understand co-adoption patterns across your program.

Using the filters

You can filter the entire dashboard using the controls at the top of the page:

  • Commodity — Corn, soybean, wheat, etc.
  • Region — Your program's defined geographic regions
  • Group — Grower groups or aggregators
  • Producer — Individual producers

Filters apply across all sections simultaneously. Click Apply filter to update the view.

(Inventory Programs only) Which numbers to use for GHGp reporting

The Emissions section contains the values relevant for GHG Protocol reporting. Here's how to read them:

Metric

What it represents

When to use it

Net

Total Land Management Removals + Total Emissions

Your primary GHGp reporting figure if you are claiming removals

Emissions

Total Emissions

Your primary GHGp reporting figure if you are NOT claiming removals

Removals

Carbon removed from the atmosphere through soil carbon sequestration (dSOC)

Report separately under Land Management Removals

All values cover the reporting period shown in your program summary.

For Inventory programs, you can group the Emissions section by GHGp category to see results organized according to LSRS (Land Sector and Removals Standard) accounting categories, including Land Management Net Biogenic Emissions, Land Management Emissions, and Fossil Fuel and Industrial Emissions. Use this view when your reporting framework requires LSRS-aligned category breakdowns.

GHGp category definitions

Category

Definition

Fossil fuel and industrial emissions

Sum of emissions across all fossil fuel categories. The release of GHGs into the atmosphere from sources other than land emissions, including process emissions from upstream production, transportation, and machinery use.

Land management emissions

CO2 emissions from land management activities. If this value is 0 then there are no non-biogenic CO2 emissions.

Land management net-biogenic (dSOC)

dSOC gas emissions, in kg CO2, due to soil biological processes. Emissions are represented by a positive value. If 0, then there were no emissions.

Land management removals

The removals of CO2 from the atmosphere due to changes in soil carbon stocks as a result of land management practices, such as cover cropping or reduced tillage. Sequestration is represented by negative values.

Exporting your data

Chart-level exports

Each chart has an expand details icon that lets you export:

  • CSV (.csv) — the underlying data for that chart
  • Image (.png) — a snapshot of the chart for presentations or reports

Full program outcomes export

Click Export outcomes at the top right of the dashboard to download a full .xlsx file. The export includes:

  • Cover page — program metadata including DNDC version, uncertainty version, Measure API version, accounting method, and the date outcomes were generated
  • Crop Outcomes — credits/emissions aggregated at the crop level
  • Field Outcomes — the same metrics at the individual field level, with field identifiers, farm name, region, and group
  • Practices — a field-level record of which practices were measured and adopted

A note on PII: The Field Outcomes and Practices sheets include producer email addresses and farm names. Regrow recommends excluding these columns from any files shared with auditors or third parties to protect producer privacy.

Frequently asked questions

Why are some charts empty or showing missing values?

Programs quantified with a gap-filled values for Nutrient Management will not have charts populated for Nitrogen application KPIs due to lack of primary data.

Programs quantified before March 3, 2025 may show empty values in the emissions-by-gas charts due to a methodology update (AR5 to AR6 global warming potentials). Contact your Regrow representative if you have questions about a specific program.

Can I view outcomes for programs quantified under the older API version? Yes. Both v0 (on-field) and v1 (farmgate) Inventory programs are supported. Note that v0 programs will not include farmgate values.

What if I need a copy of my previous outcomes export format? Older export formats are available upon request. Reach out to your Regrow customer success representative.
